Lorna works behind the bar on a private yacht, serving wealthy guests who expect discretion as much as good drinks. One passenger stands out from the rest: Kelly, a quiet, enigmatic man who starts drinking from the morning onwards and gives very little away about who he is or why he is on board. As an unlikely connection forms between the bartender and her strange guest, Lorna is pulled further into his troubled world than she ever intended. Before long the pair find themselves entangled with Cara Lazaro, a formidable and dangerous figure from the criminal underworld, and Lorna discovers that the man she has been serving may be hiding far more than a drinking habit.
